- To view the postings you need to be logged in and be registered for the current conference.
- To post you need to submit an application and have your application approved
- Academic institutions, Companies and Non-profits with ML and AI opportunities are encouraged to post their opportunities.
- If you apply to post using an email that is not connected to your institution you will be asked to provide documentation showing that the institute has authorized you to post for them.
- You need to have an account for the conference you want to post for neurips.cc/icml.cc/mlsys.org. You can create an account by visiting the conference homepage and click login in the top right corner.
- Each organization is allowed only one authorized poster. Academic institutions can have one poster per department
- Apply at neurips.cc/careers/apply, icml.cc/careers, iclr.cc/careers, cvpr.thecvf.com/careers/apply or mlsys.org/careers/apply
- Sponsor: check to see if your sponsorship level to see if it includes free posting
- Academic institutions: can post for free
- All Others: can purchase posts
- After your posting application is approved you will be able to post by navigating to the “Manage Postings” page accessible from the top of the careers site.
- Each post can contain up to 2000 characters.
- The posting URL filed should be a link for more information about the opportunity.
- The posting Description uses Markdown formatting. Here is a Markdown getting started guide.
- We recommend that you use one of your posts to link to your career page that lists all of your posts.
- All posts must align with NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR/MLSys content (ML, AI) and mission statement.
- Posts can include postdoc, fellowships, awards/grants/scholarships etc.
- Each post will reviewed and will be posted if approved.
