: Add this to each sponsorship level that gets job postings with their sponsorship. The default is 0.Sponsors will get a number of free postings depending on their sponsorship level. Sponsor job posting accounts are different in the way that their JobPoster
object is linked to their Sponsor
object. For this reason, sponsor job posting accounts should only be created using the below admin action:
This action creates an approved job poster account for the sponsor(s) checked, and emails them instructions on how to post. This account is created for the sponsor primary contact, as well as other approved job posters, see below section. This action is idempotent, if ran multiple times on a sponsor that already has an approved job posting account, nothing will happen.
In some cases, the sponsor primary contact is not the one who will be submitting the postings (HR may do them, specific teams, etc.). If this is the case, a sponsor can add other approved job posters in the sponsor portal:
In the above case, the primary contact Heidi, as well as Prerna and Max, can post on behalf of D.E. Shaw. When a new email is added to the approved job posters list here, they will recieve an email on how to post as well.
If there is an existing D.E. Shaw job posting account, and we recieve an application to post from another D.E. Shaw email, they should not be approved. They should reach out to the primary contact and be added in the portal. Logos only show up on the careers site if the job posting application is linked to a sponsorship - this is reserved for sponsors only.
Depending on the conference, academic and non-profit job posting applications may be allowed a number of free postings - typically 4. These applications should be verified with a valid university/non-profit email domain.
