For a proceedings hosted on the NeurIPS platform, e.g. proceedings.neurips.cc or proceedings.mlsys.org, generate a spreadsheet that can be imported into the Eventmedia admin interface on the conference website. For a proceedings that is hosted elsewhere, e.g. AISTATS, you must ask their workflow chair or PCs for such a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet should have sourceid, sourceurl, event, type, name, and uri.

If you already have Paper PDF links for this year, delete them.
Visit the admin interface for Eventmedia-URL and import your spreadsheet.
Verify that you see one and only one Paper PDF link per poster.
Visit the EventmediaBase admin interface and filter for posters with orals by setting the following filters:
At this point, you verify that the number of objects in the filter set equal the number of Orals. If so, select all items in the filter set and choose the admin action Copy Eventmedia to related event. Look through the results to make sure no events were skipped.
