Each Session has a Zoom meeting. The SlidesLive engineer will start the meeting 30 to 45 minutes before your first event. Presenters should join the Zoom meeting 30 minutes before the first talk to introduce themselves to the engineer, test your audio, and discuss the program. Join the meeting using the Join link from your event page. Check the event page ahead of time to confirm that you can see a Join Zoom link. SlidesLive will stream the session. If you have a pre-recorded video, the engineer will stream that content at the correct time. For live presentations, Q&A, panels and other events in Zoom, the engineer will stream the Zoom session. It is not necessary for your audience to join Zoom to watch the session; they may watch it on the embedded live stream on your event page.
Your webpage has two sets of zoom information. SlidesLive’s engineer will use the "Start Link" to start the talk. You only have to use the "Join Zoom" link.
Attendees are encouraged to use RocketChat to ask questions, and Moderators monitor RocketChat and relay questions to presenters to be answered as part of the live stream.
For presenters, they:
Log into zoom to interact with SlidesLive operators and the moderator
Optionally log into Rocket.chat to chat with attendees live
