Tutorials are usually given on Mondays, or at the start of the conference. They are teaching presentations, originally given to help attendees understand the main conference talks and discuss new ideas in the field. The call will be prepared by the Chairs and sent out from our website through Level 5. Selections and schedules is made by the chairs, and the chairs will also notify the accepted tutorials. Tutorials get complementary registration.
Information to collect: Title of the talk, abstract, presenter’s bio and headshot. An excel sheet is used, ( reference documentation file). The the data is uploaded to the database, alternatively it can be added in the events section of the admin dropdown
