If a Zoom link is present on your poster page, it is for your use only and needs to be kept private, please do not share or post the link.
Each session has a Zoom meeting. The SlidesLive engineer will start the meeting at least 30 minutes before the start of the session. All authors with a papers in the session are encouraged to join this Zoom meeting. Presenters should join 30 minutes before the first talk to introduce themselves to the engineer and to test their setup.
Zoom conference background images can be used.
Log in as an Author from the conference home page using the same email address that is associated with your presentation and registration. On the conference's home page click on the Virtual Site button, then Schedule. Find your presentation or session in the virtual schedule. On the page that appears, click on the Join Zoom link- next to the abstract link at the top of the page (this link is only visible to Authors and Moderator/Session Chairs). If you do not see the Zoom link make sure that your are logged in using the email associated with your presentation.
Check the event page ahead of time to confirm that you can see a Join Zoom link. If you do not see the link, please contact
SlidesLive will stream the pre-recorded videos at the correct time. For the live Q&A, the SlidesLive engineer will stream the Zoom session. The audience will not join Zoom, but will watch the session on the embedded live stream on your event page.
Webpages have two sets of zoom information. SlidesLive’s engineer will use the "Start Link" to start the talk. Authors only have to use the "Join Zoom" link at the top of the page.
Attendees use RocketChat to ask questions, and the Session/Moderator Chair monitors RocketChat and will relay questions to presenters to be answered as part of the live stream.
For pre-recorded events, authors are encouraged to monitor and answer questions on RocketChat while the recording is being streamed. We also encourage you to continue answering questions on RocketChat after your event.
