This page describes using a spreadsheet to assign any set of program committee keywords to an event, usually a poster event.
First make sure all the events are created in the database. For poster, oral and spotlight events this is usually done using either CMT or OpenReview Import.
Export the events using Resource "Program Committee Keywords". If "Program Committee Keywords" is not in the resource list see below. This will create a spreadsheet with the program_committee_keywords column.
Fill in the program_committee_keywords using the name of an event already created in the database. Note that if multiple keywords are desired the column should be in a format like ["keyword 1", "keyword 2", "keyword 3"] (ie. a JSON list format).
After filling in the program_committee_keywords column in the spreadsheet import the spreadsheet back into the database.
If there is no "Program Committee Keywords" listed in the Events resources you'll need to create one in the database. It should have the following values:
