This page describes using a spreadsheet to set the room and poster position for poster events.
First make sure all the events are created in the database. For poster events this is usually done using either CMT or OpenReview Import.
Export the events using Resource "Poster Position". If "Poster Position" is not in the resource list see below. This will create a spreadsheet with the type_display_name column.
Fill in the desired type_display_name for each event. For example "In Person Poster", or "Virtual Poster", etc.
After filling in the type_display_name column in the spreadsheet import the spreadsheet back into the database.
If there is no "Poster Position" listed in the Events resources you'll need to create one in the database. It should have the following values:
