Find your presentation page on the website by visiting your MyStuff page.
Do not depend on internet in the venue for your presentation media. If at all possible, download all slides, videos, etc before your talk.
For some conferences long Oral and short Spotlight presentations are combined into several sessions or tracks within the conference. Each of these sessions may have a moderator and/or volunteer to help organize the various presenters. The moderator instructions are here and the volunteer instructions are here. If there is no moderator or volunteer please help out by finding the session on conference website and simply doing your presentation at the proper time in the order presented on the conference website. Feel free to help out by reviewing the instructions above and performing these roles if needed.
For a long oral presentation (usually greater than five minutes but check with the conference organizers!) you may bring a laptop with your presentation and connect it to the screen in the presentation room (HDMI connection). Check with the program chair or in the schedule for how long your talk is scheduled for and the location of your talk. It is recommended that you get to the location 15 minutes before your presentation. Your slide presentation should always include a title page identifying the paper and yourself or use a QR code that references the URL of your paper on the conference website (you can find your paper pages/url by going to the MyStuff page). Slideslive records your talk and will use the opening slide to determine which paper the recording goes with on the historical recording of the conference.
For short spotlight presentations (usually five minutes or less but check with the conference organizers!) plan on loading your slides onto a shared laptop. Using a shared laptop allows for reduced time in switching between laptops and getting the A/V setup working. You may be presenting immediately following a previous speaker. As above you can find your event pages on the MyStuff page.
Presenters will go in the order listed in the schedule.
All slides uploaded here will be immediately availablle as a link from your talk in the schedule. You may update your slides as often as necessary by revisiting this page.
